About Me

I am an Associate Director in Clinical Development at Novartis, with a strong footprint in data science and AI. My career started in academia — a co-joint PhD between the University of Milan-Bicocca and Masaryk University — before moving into industry, where I spent years working at the intersection of biomarker development and early-to-late phase clinical trials.

Over time, curiosity pulled me further into the clinic. I transitioned from analyzing what the data says to understanding how to make sure the right data exists in the first place — designing trials, aligning teams across regulatory, operations, and medical affairs, and thinking about how AI and advanced analytics can move the needle in clinical development.
